Can I cancel any time?
Yes. One click, no calls, no retention pressure. If you cancel mid-cycle you keep access until the end of the billing period.
What exactly is a token credit?
Each month, Baba Club gives you one credit worth up to £9.99, redeemable against any token in the library, including bilingual EN+IT pairs. The token is yours to keep forever once you redeem it. Credits roll over for up to 3 months if you don't use one.
Do I need a Baba Box device to join?
You need a device to play the physical cards. But you can join Baba Club before your device arrives, your credits and discounts activate immediately and your redeemed tokens are ready to play as soon as it's in your hands.
How is content reviewed?
Every creator is independently vetted before joining the platform. Every track is reviewed by our Child Development Advisory Board before publication. We publish a quarterly transparency report.
Do creators really get 82%?
Yes, that's our committed minimum. The remaining 18% covers hosting, payment processing, vetting, editorial, materials matchmaking and platform development. We publish creator earnings publicly each quarter.
What ages is Baba Box for?
Content spans 18 months to 8 years, organised into three developmental bands: toddler, preschool/kindergarten, and early primary. The device and library both adapt as your child grows.
Is this suitable for children with SEND?
Yes — our content is screen-free, predictable, and low-stimulation by design, which many families with SEND children find well-suited. Some cards are specifically designed to avoid sudden sounds, unexpected changes in pace, or jarring transitions.
